- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Deceptive billing practices. Was told my procedure was performed in house ( which it was) but was billed thru the hospital. This increased my bill from a few hundred dollars to $3000 directly to my deductible. I have called the office manager(Bonnie) several times with no return call.
